MY SON

When I told my son where we were going, he became very nervous and did not want to visit the orthodontist. But after we arrived and EVERYONE there was so very nice, he changed his mind. The treatment coordinator is great and she did such a great job talking to us and making sure my son knew what she was talking about. Dr. Ries came in and oh what a great lady. She was really nice and took plenty of time to make sure my son knew what she was doing and understood everything she had to say.

Beautiful Smiles

So nice to have my daughter's teeth taken care of by a staff of people who honestly treat you as family. They greet you with smiles at every appointment and they are very flexible with scheduling. It has been a long 6 years, but time seems to have flown by. My daughter is now 16 and her teeth are absolutly BEAUTIFUL! I am extremely pleased. I will definely recommend Dr. Ries to all of my friends.

Always a positive experience

Outstanding

People Doing A Great Job

Every time I go to the orthodontist everyone there does a GREAT job. The ladies are so friendly and nice. I know a lot of people who go here and they say they do such a great job. If anyone were to ask me where they should go, I would definitely say, "Dr. Ries." My teeth have changed so much since I first came.

Outstanding!

I have been to more than my fair share of dental professionals over the years. I've had some pretty bad experiences so when I find someone good, I stick with that provider no matter how far I have to drive. Dr. Ries and her staff are definite keepers. I would highly recommend Dr. Ries and already have to my friends and family. They are always friendly, efficient, clean, and patient-I don't feel rushed or brushed off when I have questions. I feel informed on my treatment and I don't have to worry about filing insurance since they do it for me. Outstanding is how I would describe my experience with Dr. Ries and her staff.

You don't have to be young to get braces!

I was in my mid 50's and having chronic issues with my teeth and was told if I didn't get braces I would lose my teeth and was recommended to Dr. Ries. Do I want to get braces in my 50's? Is it worth it? Well, after visitng Dr. Ries and being introduced to Invisilign I took on the braces and now have teeth that I'm proud of and hopefully will have for the rest of my life. It was a life changing experience. I'm sure I must be her oldest customer (smile).

***Just to clarify, Linda is not the oldest patient. Many people seek orthodontic treatment in their 40's, 50's, 60's, and 70's. Dr. Ries has treated adults in their 80's :) ***

Fantastic Place

I absolutely love everyone in the office! They all knew me and were always so kind! I got to know all of them during my office visits and always looked forward to seeing everyone. I kind of miss seeing them all as often now that I got my braces off! :)

A wonderful welcome

We recently had an orthodontic evaluation at another office and the cost had us at a crossroads. Go to the bank for a loan for full payment up front or wait. Remembering my older son saw Dr Ries after a facial trauma and what excellent care we had recieved there I made a call. Within the week we had an appointment. Treatment was explained in a way the kids and I all understood and payment arrangments were possible. From the welcome received coming in the door to the final goodbye we felt a genuine caring attitude from everyone we met. I would highly recommend Dr.Ries and her staff to any child or adult.

Wonderful service

Everyone was friendly and helpful. We didn't have to wait. The explanations were great, and they were even able to perform x-rays on our first consultation visit which saved us another trip and and another appt. I will definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for an orthodontist.

Friendly and professional

Everyone I have interacted with at Dr. Ries' office has been friendly and professional. Even on short notice they have always been able to get me in, especially if something was bothering me (discomfort). As an adult with traditional braces, and a person with plenty of dental work done previously, at their office I have never felt bad about my teeth nor dreaded an office visit...which is not always the case for me when dealing with this aspect of my health.
